Types of Data to be processed
Our data processing includes the below personal data: a.) ID details (name, birthplace and date, citizenship) b.) contact details (permanent address, e-mail, phone number) c.) language skills, education, work experience, skills, curriculum vitae, wages, employer data, job title, work experience. d.) official documents and cards (inter alia passport, IDs, address certificates, residency permits, tax ID, Social Security ID, proof of insurance) e.) proof of accommodation (inter alia lease contract, courtesy usage agreement, address card, accommodation report form, certificates on hotel accommodation) f.) other information that you share with us or, we receive via a third party under your consent (e.g. Bank account statement, criminal record, tax return, income statement, tax certificate). In the course of arrangements connected to an actual job offer, you might be required to provide further data pertinent to the process. Sensitive data (i.e. data about your health, personal life or criminal history) can only be collected in case it is necessary for the process and based on your explicit written consent. We do not take responsibility for sensitive data given to us without our specific request (e.g.health condition). So please, do not provide sensitive data in the documents that you share with us. We use the data you provided to us, with a view to make you and your employer comply with the relevant laws and regulations, so especially, to comply with the legislation on residency, employment, taxation and on social security. For the purposes mentioned above we may transfer your personal data to your local employer and/or your employer’s international provider who have initiated our support services be provided to you.
Sources of the data
Personal data that we shall be processing can come from the following sources: a.) Personal data provided voluntarily by yourself. b.) Data shared with us by yourself (i.e. uploaded into one of the CRM systems used). c.) Data provided to any third party (like an employer or an international service provider), that you allowed transmission of.
Your data may be forwarded to or shared with your employer or our international partner provider. In any such event, we may be required to transmit your data abroad, to countries where the protection of privacy is not monitored by the European Union. Your data can only be accessed by our counselors or by the assigned representatives of your employer.
Duration of the data processing
You may cancel your permission on the use of your personal data anytime by sending an e- mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. An e-mail will be sent to you to the address provided to confirm the cancellation.
Safety of Data
Magdolna Szabó and Tamás László Gyetvai handles your personal data with care and takes all organizational and technical measures for data safety, as well as established the necessary procedural regulations for the safety of your data in line with governing laws. In agreement with the above, your data is secured from unauthorized access, change, publication, destruction or deletion. It is also protected from accidental destruction and/or harm, or inaccessibility due to a change in technology used. Your rights regarding processing of your data and options for enforcing such rights: You can ask for information any time about the handling of your data. You can ask to change, delete, correct or close your data, as well as you can limit processing, and you are permitted to cancel your permission partly or entirely on the processing of your personal data. For any of the above, please send an e-mail to email@example.com. GDPR contains provisions on legal remedies regarding data misuse.
